Cleveland Eye Clinic is looking for an exceptional full-time Optometrist to join our growing network in the Greater Cleveland area. Our patient base requires a provider who is comfortable managing complex clinical cases. At Cleveland Eye Clinic, you will be treating a high-volume population with diverse medical needs, including:
Surgical Co-Management: Extensive volume of cataract surgery pre- and post-operative care, utilizing the latest lens technology (LAL, iStent).
Advanced Ocular Disease: Managing complex cases of glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy, and age-related macular degeneration.
Routine & Specialized Care: Providing high-quality, comprehensive dilated exams alongside our sub-specialty teams.
Collaborative Practice Model: Work directly alongside a robust support team, including scribes and dedicated technicians, allowing you to focus on high-level clinical decision-making.

Requirements
Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited institution
Current Ohio state licensure in good standing
Proven ability to manage high-volume, medical-heavy clinical days
Excellent communication skills to collaborate seamlessly within a multi-disciplinary MD/OD group
Strong interest in clinical innovation and maintaining the high standards of care (4.5+ star patient reviews) that define the Cleveland Eye Clinic brand
