What You’ll Do
Provide warm, efficient, high-quality patient care
Perform comprehensive eye exams; diagnose & treat ocular disease
Educate patients on eye health and preventive care
Collaborate with and mentor exceptional support staff
Contribute to a positive, patient-centric culture
What You Bring
Doctor of Optometry; licensed (or license-eligible) in CA
Glaucoma certification required; strong pathology experience
Spanish bilingual preferred
Availability Monday–Friday
Excellent communication, teamwork, and a growth mindset
Willingness to learn new optical products and make tailored recommendations
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $160,000
Retention Bonus: $10,000 paid after 1 year of continuous employment
Relocation stipend: $3,000
401(k) with 3.5% match

Our office is fully equipped with a newly remodeled office, brand-new equipment including Automatic refraction systems, Optos California, Electrophysiology (VEP/ERG), OCT, Fundus camera, Topography, B-scan, and HFA. Located in sunny California, Coachella Valley Optometry proudly serves the Coachella Valley community. With sunshine year round, it's no wonder we earned the nickname of “The City of Eternal Sunshine.” With rich Hispanic influences in the community, you can experience the heritage at our community events, local shops, or authentic restaurants. Take a stroll downtown to celebrate the city’s history and people, and admire the local art work. Looking for a fun night out, we are home to two high-stake casino properties.
